Ross Cunningham
Founder
Ross Cunningham brings over a decade of institutional real estate experience spanning equity asset management, debt origination, and CRE securitization. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at ACORE Capital, where he leads the asset management of REO and equity investments alongside workouts of distressed real estate. Prior to ACORE, Ross served as Vice President of Asset Management at WindMass Capital, overseeing a 40-property, 10,000+ unit multifamily portfolio across the DFW and Houston metros. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Asset Manager at PGIM Real Estate, where he managed a $1B+ bridge and construction loan book spanning all major property types. Ross began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Financing Group, securitizing more than $50B of CRE debt — including landmark transactions such as Willis Tower, Hudson Yards, and Fontainebleau Miami Beach — and helped pioneer Goldman’s inaugural CRE CLO program. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Texas Christian University, where he earned three degrees in Mathematics, Economics, and Real Estate Finance.
